Sally’s Blue Cheese Dressing was also known to draw a pretty hefty bid at the Garden Club Auction every year.
Ingredients
3 cups Dukes Mayonnaise
1/2 cup tomato juice
1 t brown sugar
1/2 t salt
½ t vinegar
½ t Worcestershire
¼ lb Roquefort
dash garlic powder
Instructions
Mash cheese and blend with mayonnaise.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until very smooth. (that’s the key)
